Pre-Planning your move...

Pre-Move IT Planning Meetings

This is an important first step in the relocation process. An NRS Project Manager assigned to your relocation will meet with your MIS department members to discuss the requirments for the relocation.
Our Project Managers are uniquely qualified; CNE, MCP networking engineers experienced in planning and implementing network relocations. In these meetings, more details will be discussed to determine the move's impact on the data processing needs before and after the relocation.

Our Project Managers will then develop a Network Relocation Plan and schedule. His responsiblities will include ongoing Project Management and Project Support.

Project Managers will continue to meet with the mover's relocation coordinator and your MIS department to ensure that all aspects of the plan are covered and to update and address any new needs as they arise.
